Comment: Hallo i have a problem. I have a Huawei E169 modem with a airtel connection It work good on my compute in the earlier stage, Now, unfortunately it is not work. The problem is the connection is not stay. It is disconnect with in 1 or 2 minite . But when I connect that SIM(airtel) throw my mobile it’s work. Now what I am do? Is this modem problem? Please tell me?

contact your service provider or try to uninstall properly & reinstall it if this problem is only for 2g network;that's because of network overload or try with Another number 99*1#

it happened to me too. I am using airtel modem Huawei E1555. The conectivity was terrible so I decoded the modem and started using another sim from a diff service provider. The problem is with the service, not the modem. Now I can browse without headache.

Hallo i have a problem. since this week i have a new subscription and a Huawei E1820 modem with a vodafone subscription. On the dongle mobile partner software. I work good on my computer, i will use it with my Airlive Air3g UMTS router, unfortunately will not work. The problem is that the router not see or accept the Huawei E1820 UMTS dongle. According to the supplier of the router is it the software+ firmware in the modem not compatible. The software comes from "mobile partner" Hence, I on this website a attempt do for a solution i hope that i can use my Huawei E1820 dongle on my Airlive Ari3G UMTS router.

contact your provider they solve the problem or update it from huawei home site.
